Joshua Quist, PhDConsultant Josh is well-versed in range of HR-related services and interventions, including job analysis, competency modeling, survey development, data analysis and management, assessment validation, and advanced statistical methods. Josh specializes in designing infrastructure and training programs to aid clients in utilizing, tracking, and maintaining compensation and performance management data and systems. Josh is a graduate of the University of Utah with Bachelor’s degrees in both Political Science and Psychology. He joined Harrington & Associates in 2006 while attending graduate school at the Florida Institute of Technology; and in 2010, earned a Doctoral degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Josh's background in diverse areas of study and experience result in valuable enhancements to the products, systems and services we offer our clients.
