Josh specializes in designing infrastructure and training programs to aid clients in utilizing, tracking and maintaining compensation and performance management data and systems. Josh is also well versed in survey development, data management, assessment validation and advanced statistical analyses.
Josh joined Harrington & Associates in 2006 while pursuing a Masters Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the Florida Institute of Technology. He is a graduate of the University of Utah with Bachelor’s Degrees in both Political Science and Psychology. Since joining Harrington & Associates he earned his Master’s Degree and has completed all necessary course work for his Ph.D. in the same discipline.
