Paul joined Harrington & Associates in 2008 as an Associate Consultant after completing his Masters degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Florida Institute of Technology. His undergraduate degree is in Psychology with additional coursework in Business Management and Technical Writing.
Paul is skilled in the process of compensation design and administration and brings expertise in survey development, statistical analysis and assessment validation to the team. Additionally, Paul has broad knowledge of industrial work in construction, production, and operations environments which he gained through experience prior to his employment with Harrington & Associates.
