Training and Orientation

Harrington & Associates offers training in the systems and strategies installed in an organization as well as in setting up Compensation and Performance Management systems in-house. When we are engaged to design and implement a Compensation Plan or Performance Management System for an organization, we invite organization staff members to participate in the process or shadow the consultants to better understand the components and on-going administration of the programs.

Most often, design and implementation of a system will include various orientation or training programs for employees and/or managers to communicate the program throughout the organization.

Harrington & Associates believes that the key to the success of any Total Rewards program is communication and we provide tools and support for the company to communicate its plans to its workforce.
