JUDITH HARRINGTON
Judy develops ... base and incentive compensation and performance management solutions covering any circumstances and position types, including complex executive compensation arrangements. Her clients are engaged in highly diverse industries and include emerging entities and Fortune 100 employers. Judy develops and conducts public and private seminars and webinars covering a full range of compensation and performance management topics. She has served on numerous national committees working to update and standardize job evaluation and compensation surveying practices. She has been repeatedly qualified as an expert in arbitration and mediation and has served as a speaker, panelist and interview subject for various organizations and publications, including area SHRM affiliate groups, employers’ associations, BusinessWeek Magazine, WIND Radio, the Chicago Tribune, CBS News, Crain’s Chicago Business and the Chicago Sun Times. Prior to founding HAI in 1986, Harrington headed Consulting Services for a Chicago human resources training and consulting firm as its Vice President and earlier served as Director, Human Resources for a Fortune 500 company. She maintains a Certified Compensation Professional designation from WorldatWork and has Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from UCLA. |
