Judith Harrington, CCP
Founder and Principal Consultant
Judith Harrington founded Harrington & Associates Inc. (HAI) in 1986. The organization consults with businesses to design and implement compensation and performance management systems to address complex reward issues at all organizational levels.
Harrington has served as a speaker and subject-matter expert for various organizations and publications in Florida, New York, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Illinois including the Central Florida Human Resources Association, North and South Brevard Human Resources associations, Bloomberg Businessweek, CBS News, Crain’s Chicago Business, The Chicago Sun Times, The Chicago Tribune and WIND Radio.
Harrington develops and teaches public and private classes, seminars and webinars each year on various HR topics, and has trained over 1,500 practitioners in job evaluation, market pricing, compensation design, performance management systems, and coaching.
Mrs. Harrington holds a bachelor of science degree in business administration and industrial relations from the University of California at Los Angeles, and is a Certified Compensation Professional (WorldatWork — CCP).

Gayanne Miller
Practice Manager
Gayanne Miller has owned and operated multiple businesses in California and relocated to Florida in 2000 when she joined the Harrington & Associates team. Miller is responsible for managing all internal production operations, including engagement schedule, description and hierarchy development, survey development, data mining and analyses, range development, specific comparative analyses and report development.
She has conducted more than 200 compensation related projects over the past 10 years. In addition to her technical role, Miller manages client relationships, consulting partnerships and administrative functions of the practice. Mrs. Miller earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and finance at Arizona State University.
