Compensation Design (2 part, 4 day workshop)

Learn practical approaches to defining and documenting job content and evaluating jobs at all levels within all types of organizations with the most widely used system in the country. Participants will also learn a practical approach to designing pay ranges, and the installation, review and administration of sound compensation programs for all sizes and types of organizations. Compensation Trends Webinar

Join us as we review current trends in rewards strategies, salary budget projections for 2019, range adjustment percentages, variable pay and performance management trends and more. Certified for 1.5 HRCI and SHRM continuing education credits.
