Gayanne Miller joined HAI in 2000, with the responsibility for Engagement Production, Finance, Human Resources, and Information Technology. Ms. Miller is responsible in managing all internal production operations including engagement scheduling, description and hierarchy development, survey development, data mining and analyses, range development, specific comparative analyses, and report development. In addition, Ms. Miller manages client relationships for ongoing consultations, with scheduling, technical, and production responsibility.
Among other responsibilities, Ms. Miller conducts training in public and private classes and seminars that cover areas associated with data mining, analyses, systems and tools for compensation assessment, comparative analyses, and business reporting and communication. Over the past 15 years, Gayanne has been accountable to HAI clients for the quality and output of results on every engagement and therefore has participated in the production and delivery of all the examples of relevant compensation experience depicted on the other resumes provided in this proposal. Prior to joining HAI, Gayanne owned and operated multiple businesses in California. Ms. Miller has conducted over 150 compensation and classification projects over the past 10 years.

Kaitlin is the primary team member responsible for engagement production services. In her role, she develops and organizes project documentation, creating job descriptions, substantiations, and other materials, converting information captured during the process into the reports and outcomes ultimately delivered to our clients. Kaitlin produces the tangible product we sell and makes certain that all the related records and systems are compatible, linked, and continuously available for our clients. Kaitlin serves in the community as a Guardian Ad Litem and volunteers in many charitable service organizations.

Dr. Quist has over 9 years of professional experience in designing and implementing Human Resource (HR) processes and systems. He has worked with a wide range of public and private sector organizations to conduct job analyses, evaluate and classify jobs, develop position descriptions and competency models, develop tests and certifications, conduct skill gap analyses, identify training needs, design and implement performance management systems, and develop organizational compensation structures. In addition, he has served as the lead analyst for a long-running annual industry survey for pay practices and compensation.
Josh began working with HAI in 2006, and he continues to develop HAI infrastructure and training programs to
aid clients in utilizing, tracking, and maintaining compensation and performance management data and systems. His responsibilities include development of surveys and survey methodologies, and analytical systems. Dr. Quist frequently publishes research and speaks to groups on topics concerning his research in Industrial / Organizational Psychology.
