We recognize that every clients’ needs are different.  It may be important to that your team recognizes that outside experts are designing the systems that will value their jobs or establish the performance management system. However, another client may believe that with just a bit of training and guidance, their own team can do the “heavy lifting” on the design and implementation of a new reward or performance strategy.  We are ready to be that expert, designer, trainer, guide, or just a sounding board.

What matters to HAI is that your organization has the systems and support it needs to succeed.  That is why each engagement is designed to suit an individual client’s focus.  When we are engaged to implement a base compensation program, we encourage HR team members to shadow us and take one of our public or private compensation classes so that they are fully prepared to maintain the systems going forward and to work with management as changes take place.
